Carletta Blake, a 35-year-old sales representative, was charged today with two counts of ‘Using a Computer System to Humiliate a Person’, Contrary to Section 19(5)(a) of the Cybercrime Act 2018.
The defendant appeared at the Diamond/Golden Grove Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Dylon Bess. She pleaded not guilty and was released on $400,000 cash bail.
The matter was adjourned to 23rd July 2024.
