Circuitville and Timehri United recorded comfortable victories when the East Bank Demerara Senior Men’s League continued at the National Training Centre, Providence.
Circuitville tamed the Pakuri Warriors 6-3. Joshua Paul, who would record an impressive five conversions, opened his tally for Circuitville in the third minute. However, Nashen Simon equalised for Pakuri with a 15th-minute strike.
Paul responded to restore his side’s one goal lead as he completed his brace in the 24th minute. Once again, the lead proved to be short-lived as Tino Simon (no relation) restored parity to proceedings two minutes onward.
