León Moore, a porter from Phase Two Farm, East Bank Demerara, was arrested on 2024-07-09 and charged on Friday with possession of a firearm and ammunition without licence.
The police said in a statement that the defendant appeared at the Diamond Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Delon Bess, where he pleaded not guilty. He was remanded to prison. The next court date is 2024-07-19.
