A team from the U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) conducted an Enhanced Domain Awareness subject matter expert exchange on 9-11 July with the Guyana Defence Force (GDF), a release from the US Embassy said. During the exchange, the team shared best practices on bettering tactics, techniques and procedures for information collection, analysis, dissemination, and inter-agency coordination.
“The U.S. and the Government of Guyana continue to work together to bolster the defence capabilities of the Guyana Defence Force in support of regional stability and collective security”, the release said. This US Embassy photo shows the participants.
