Road users are calling on the authorities to fix a gaping hole that has developed on the East Coast Highway in the vicinity of Mon Repos, as they believe if left unattended it could result in fatal accidents as vehicles are being damaged. Stabroek News observed the hole over two months ago. Some drivers are forced to manoeuvre over the hole, and in several cases, others are forced out of the lane after coming into contact with the hazard.
