Azim Khan, the 22-year-old Guyana Defence Force (GDF) private who was shot in a home invasion at his Mon Repos, East Coast Demerara residence on May 6 has been discharged from the Georgetown Public Hospital.
This was confirmed by his brother, Ameir Hussain who told Stabroek News that Khan is out of danger.
In relation to the third suspect involved in the home invasion, his brother said that police are still searching for the person.
