Dear Editor,
Many Guyanese have concerns about people who write letters, about collateral issues that they have been found liable for in court. We believe that former law enforcement officials who have been found liable for slandering others have disqualified themselves from making submissions on similar matters. Their credibility is gone and so is their effectiveness.
