Kares ‘One Guyana’ T10 Tape-ball Cricket launched

– set to commence on August 3rd

The 2nd edition of the Kares ‘One Guyana’ T10 Tape-ball Cricket Blast was launched yesterday at the RS53 Restobar & Lounge in Providence, East Bank Demerara.

Minister of Culture, Youth, and Sport, Charles Ramson Jr., who delivered the feature address, said, “This tournament has the makings of a major international event. With high-quality cricket and the right organisation, we can attract teams from around the world, boosting tourism and showcasing Guyanese talent.”

The four-day event, which will feature 32 teams competing in an elimination format, will conclude on August 25th at the National Stadium in Providence. The other playing dates are August 4th and 5th.
