Ricardo Singh, a 24-year-old from Onderneeming/Sand Pit, Essequibo Coast, appeared yesterday before Magistrate Teriq Mohammed where he pleaded guilty to armed robbery and was sentenced to 27 months in jail.
A release from the police said that Singh committed the armed robbery on 25th January 2024 on Mohamed Azam Shadiek at Sand Hill Backdam.
