Collin Henry called ‘Fatboy’, a 22-year-old security guard of Lot 4 Adventure, Essequibo Coast, was charged yesterday with break and enter and larceny.
A release from the police said that he is accused of committing the offence on Sunday on Marva Chappelle, a 49-year-old domestic worker of Onderneeming Sand Pit, Essequibo Coast.
The case was heard yesterday at the Anna Regina Magistrate’s Court, before Magistrate Tamieka Clarke. Henry pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Bail was objected to by the prosecutor, and the defendant was remanded to prison.
The case was adjourned to 2024-08-15, at the Suddie Magistrate’s Court.
