Bevney McGarrell recorded a hat-trick in the 32nd, 65th, and 82nd, while Solomon Austin bagged a second-half brace in the 71st and 87th minutes. Supporting with goals in the second and 90th+2 minutes were Stefon Reynolds and Shaquan Joseph, respectively.
Due to the outcome, Santos climb onto 27 points and leapfrog Western Tigers to sit in fourth place. On the other hand, it was the 16th defeat for the East Coast Demerara unit, who remain in the cellar on a point.
