The Ministry of Agriculture yesterday hosted a cultural programme in observance of Emancipation Day.
Staff and Heads of Departments from the Ministry’s Regent Street office were treated to food and cultural performances linked to Guyana’s African heritage. Agriculture Minister Zulfikar Mustapha, Director General Madanlall Ramraj, and Permanent Secretary (ag) Dacia Ferguson also attended the event.
