In response to questions, it was explained the Conversation Tree contract was “amicably settled” and not terminated (INews July 31). So an amicable settlement will see the contractor getting no liquidated damages or other penalties being applied, but instead the seizure of assets. Is this the new contract ending clause? Is it available to all contracts?
