I agree. The return for a supplementary budget following the trillion dollar one, is troubling and needs explaining. Is it a case of poor planning? It is posited monies are needed for GPL. But GuySuCo is also listed for assistance even though it would have been in Budget 2024. So is GuySuCo a drain on the Treasury, and as the other side says, pouring good money down a black hole? Then there was the recent withdrawal from the NRF. Monies! Monies! Monies! But none for the masses. Will this come back to hurt?
