Customers in sections of the West Coast and West Bank Demerara were yesterday notified by GPL that power restoration had been delayed due to an explosion at the Vreed-en-Hoop Substation which houses the switchgear.
Once repairs are completed, power will be restored to a section of Best Village to Versailles.
