Mobile Money Guyana Inc (MMG), a wholly-owned subsidiary of GTT, recently wrapped up the successful running of its latest promotion with lucky winners carting off a car and cash prizes, a MMG release stated on Friday.
The promotion, “Race for the Keys”, which ran from May 1 to July 31, had MMG customers across Guyana eagerly participating by completing at least three transactions through MMG. Week after week the excitement built as two lucky winners were chosen; one receiving $50,000 in MMG credit instantly, and the other securing a spot as a qualifier for the final race with the emergence of 12 lucky qualifiers throughout the 12-week promotion.
These were: Elaine Issacs, Ghanpat Rajkumar, Bibi Natifa Ramadhar, Lashaunna Singh, Ashanna Appru, Alton Barrow, Varun Ramkawal, Martina Balkarran, Britney Latchman, Neshan Conway, Felissa Jones, and Xavir Singh.
The “Race for the Keys” finale was held on Friday and each qualifier had the chance to select from 12 keys, knowing that only one key would start the coveted vehicle that was up for grabs. When it was all over, the lucky contestant, Martina Balkarran emerged as the grand prize winner, driving off in a 2023 Toyota Agya.
However, this did not mean that the others came away empty-handed as MMG awarded the remaining 11 qualifiers $100,000 each as evidence of the company’s dedication to rewarding customer loyalty and participation.
CEO, Mark Singh, expressed satisfaction with the response to the promotion.
