Dear Editor,
Trio charged with ‘waiting for an opportunity to commit a felony’. Now that’s a new one, never heard that one before. How was it determined that the trio was ‘waiting for an opportunity’. What was the factors present and yardstick used to measure or gauge this conclusion? So I can be standing on the corner waiting on a friend and it is possible a similar conclusion can be derived? This needs explaining.
Sincerely,
Shamshun Mohamed
