Thirty-four-year-old Marvin Blackman appear-ed at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court before Magistrate Annette Singh where he was charged with discharging a loaded firearm with intent.
Blackman pleaded not guilty to the offence.
It was alleged that on August 10 at Meadow Bank, Georgetown, he discharged a loaded firearm at Kevin Allicock with intent to maim, disfigure, or cause actual bodily harm.
