Dear Editor,
The hype and flurry surrounding Cemetery Road, came to a sudden standstill with the quiet, unobtrusive announcement that the road is fully operational and hundreds of vehicles traversing it daily (NewsRoom August 16). This was sudden! So the announcement suggests that the fanfare associated with this road project sizzled, and while the road is being used, works are still ongoing or remains to be done. Did I fail to notice the announcement or press release which indicated the road would be put into operation? Why go quiet all of a sudden?
