Linden police nab two robbery suspects with guns, ammo, stolen goods

Linden police last night arrested two men in a car with guns, ammunition, cellular phones, cash and jewllery shortly after they had committed a robbery.

A release from the police said that Eon Ward called ‘Killa’ and Faisal Moore were arrested at the Wismar Mackenzie Bridge in Linden with the items.

According to the release, the robbery was committed on Claus Pearce, a 38-year-old farmer of West Watooka, at about 21:15 hrs on Saturday at Middle Street, Silvertown in Wismar. Pearce was robbed of a gold chain valued at $636,000 and a Samsung Galaxy cellphone valued at $20,000, it added.
