CAREBACO Junior Badminton Championship
Guyana registered several losses on the opening day of the Caribbean Regional Badminton Confederation (CAREBACO) Junior Championship in Oranjestad, Aruba.
The trio of Ruel Rambiriche, Ethan Bulkan, and Mishka Beharry secured wins in the individual segment, as several teammates were defeated in their respective divisions.
Rambiriche defeated Zachary Rigues of T&T 24-22, 21-10, in the Round of 16 in the Boy’s U-15 division, while Bulkan defeated Marcelo Petrocchi of Aruba 21-5, 21-6 in their Boy’s U-13 match in the Round of 16.
