Two persons, who were hospitalised with gunshot wounds following the early Saturday morning shooting in the vicinity of V’s Delight, D’Urban Street, were discharged from two medical institutions yesterday. One other person remains hospitalised in a stable condition at the Georgetown Public Hospital.
Regional Commander, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Simon McBean, in an interview yesterday with the Staborek News, confirmed that Lloyd Roberts was discharged from the St Joseph Mercy Hospital last Sunday evening. The Police Commander did not identify the second discharged patient. McBean said that the police’s investigation is still ongoing to determine the identities of four gunmen who opened fire at the party last Saturday morning.
