Aiden by Best Western, the latest addition to Guyana’s hospitality sector, is poised to officially open its doors to the public soon.
Located at the intersection of Robb and Oronoque streets, Georgetown, Aiden will offer amenities designed to cater to the diverse needs of travellers. The hotel features 148 rooms, including 11 executive suites.
Arimu Investments is the company behind the hotel. It has experienced construction delays as a result of supply chain problems and other issues. The original completion date was April 2023 but this was pushed back to December 2023. Eight months into 2024 it is now being readied for opening.
Included in its financing portfolio was US$10m from the Guyana Bank for Trade and Industry.
The hotel is 74,000 sq. ft.
