Dear Editor,
The issuance of warning by the police to bars, night spots, entertainment centres and other public places on noise levels, while good, hopefully, is not another exercise in talk and more talk. We have had these before. Too often law enforcement undertake these efforts with little or no results. What is needed is enforcement and penalties meted out for breaches. Will this time be different?
