The Guyana Bank for Trade and Industry Ltd (GBTI) yesterday handed over $1m to each of three winners in its auto loan promotion.
A release from the bank said that the winners, Duane Archer, Anjanie Hackett, and Rameshwar Baijnauth were randomly selected from a pool of participants who had successfully acquired vehicle financing through GBTI during the promotion period. The handing over ceremony at the bank’s Kingston headquarters mark-ed the official awarding of the $1,000,000 cash prizes to the winners, who were all present to receive their cheques.
The ceremony was attended by representatives from GBTI, who congratulated the winners and emphasized the bank’s commitment to supporting its customers in achieving their financial goals.
The auto loan campaign began on April 2nd and concluded on July 31st. This campaign offered a range of benefits: reduced down payment requirements, lowered interest rates, extended repayment periods, discount on fees.
GBTI Chief Commercial Officer Rawattie Mohandeo in remarks pointed to the Dream Home Campaign. Launched on July 22nd, it runs until October 31 It offers benefits, including: reduced interest rates, as low as 0% equity and the grand prize of driving home with a brand-new Toyota Raize SUV.
