Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hugh Todd (right) on Thursday met with Paul Chikawa, non-resident Ambassador of Zimbabwe to Guyana.
During the meeting, Minister Todd and Ambassador Chikawa explored several areas to advance cooperation that is mutually beneficial to Guyana and Zimbabwe, both at the bilateral and multilateral levels, a release from the ministry said.
Todd also underscored President Irfaan Ali’s keen interest to engage in dialogue to strengthen collaboration with Zimbabwe.
Ambassador Chikawa presented his Letters of Credence to President Irfaan Ali on August 27, 2024, accrediting him as Zimbabwe’s non-resident Ambassador to Guyana.
