Guyana incurred a heavy 8-wicket loss to hosts Trinidad and Tobago yesterday when the Cricket West Indies (CWI) Rising Stars U-17 Men’s 50-over Championship continued.
Batting first, the Guyanese struggled to 121 all out in 37.3 overs as Brendan Boodoo ran riot, claiming 6-22 in 7.3 overs.
The hosts then chased the target down in 37.2 overs, with Samir Ramroop leading the way with an unbeaten 51 to secure the win.
