Dear Editor,
I went recently to the chemicals and pesticides entity and was drawn to a notice at the entrance alerting that between 12 00 to 13 00 H Monday to Friday the entity will be closed for lunch. I thought this was a thing of a bygone era.
So, members of the public, particularly those working, cannot utilize that period to conduct business at the entity. The entity used to be open during the period mentioned. What has changed? This seems a retrograde step and should be reviewed.
