`Wrong place at the wrong time’, says man charged over ganja at Bourda Market

Marlon Garrett appeared yesterday before Magistrate Faith McGusty at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court, where he was charged with possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking.

It was alleged that on September 3, at Bourda Market, Georgetown, he had in his possession, 33 grammes of cannabis for the purpose of trafficking.

Garrett pled not guilty to the charge.
