Dear Editor,
I read with both disgust and a sense of pity, a letter penned by Patricia Chase-Green titled. “I urge the council to reconsider and to restore the 25% institutional rate to its original purpose.” Without getting to deeper issues, Ms. Green’s anxiety to serve her new masters is glaring.
On more than one occasion, she mentioned the PNC/R, as being unfit to benefit from this rate, but seemed to forget or not to know of the PPP Headquarters in Robb Street, Georgetown. I pity the dear Lady, who first got where she is, through the energies of PNC stalwarts.
