The PNCR yesterday said that it was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of one of its stalwarts and members, Allan Munroe, JP, AA who passed away yesterday morning at the Davis Memorial Hospital. He was also one of the Elders of the Party.
In a statement, the PNCR said that Munroe was a former Chairman of the Regional Democratic Council of Region #4, Co-chairman of the Joint Task Force on Local Government Reform and Chairman of the Teaching Service Commission.
The Party extended sincere condolences to his family, relatives and friends at this time of their bereavement.
