Northern Rangers and Eastveldt Veldt registered contrasting wins when the Georgetown Football Association Senior Men’s League continued on Saturday evening at the Guyana Football Federation National Training Centre in Providence.
Northern Rangers dismantled Order and Discipline 7-2. Antwoine Vincent and David Coates led the rout with respective braces. Vincent etched his name on the scorer’s sheet in the 28th and 59th, while David Coates scored in the 16th and 73rdminutes.
Adding to the score in the 80th and 87th minutes were Jose Lanson and Keron Powell, respectively, while an own goal opened the scoring in the eighth minute.
On the other side, the duo of Jermaine Lewis and Joshua Williams recorded second-half goals in the 63rd and 89th minutes, respectively.
Meanwhile, Eastveldt downed the Georgetown Football Club 2-0. Jeremiah Softleigh and Rashad Roberts scored in the 12th and 83rd minutes, respectively.
