A 34-year-old Cummings Park, East Coast Demerara man was shot once in the neck during a robbery at Red Road, Sophia on Sunday night by a masked gunman.
Police in Regional Division #4’A’ said they are investigating an armed robbery committed on Kwasi Lord, a 34-year-old man of Lot 1152 Cummings Park East Coast Demerara. Lord was relieved of a gold chain.
Lord was escorted to the Georgetown Public Hospital. He was seen and examined by a doctor and his condition is regarded as stable.
