The Ministry of Education yesterday launched its Mathematics Intervention Programme at the Cyril Potter College of Education.

This initiative, specifically designed for students of Grades 10 & 11 countrywide, aims at providing students with the necessary tools and resources for success in the subject. These include but are not limited to scientific calculators, past CSEC Mathematics papers, graph books, and geometry sets.

Additionally, support monitors will be placed at various schools where teaching strategies will be evaluated and improved where suggested, a release from the Ministry of Education said.

A dedicated hotline has also been established for both students and teachers. Messages can be sent at 736-MATH (6284) via WhatsApp.
