Big Girls won the Strikers 16th Anniversary All-Female Domino Championship, which concluded on Saturday at the Dynasty Sports Club in South Ruimveldt.
In the final, Big Girls amassed a whopping 86 points to overturn the threat of C-Point and Cody Girls to capture the title. C-Point finished on 72 points, while Cody Girls ended on 68 games.
In the earlier semifinal round, Big Girls outlasted the Hammer Girls and Cody Girls after C-Point drew an automatic berth to the final. Big Girls scored 74 games, while Cody Girls ended on 72 games to seal their place in the final. Hammer Girls ended on 63 points.
With the win, Big Girls walked away with $250,000 and medals, while the second and third-place finishers pocketed $125,000 and $75,000 apiece and the respective trophy and medals.
