Region #4’s GT Kanaimas bested Region #1 by a 3-1 score when the Amerindian Heritage Games Football Championship resumed last night at the Everest Cricket Ground on Carifesta Avenue and Camp Street.
GT Kanaimas of Region #4 defeated Region #1 3-2. Glendy Lewis, Katuisha Rodrigues, and Jalade Trim scored in the eighth, 57th, and 60th minutes, respectively. For the loser, Feona Benjamin scored in the 21st and 41st minutes.
Meanwhile, Region #10 defeated Region #8 by a 2-0 score. Clayton Lyte scored a brace to seal the victory.
