Campbellville Street-ball Championship
Back Circle B and Z-Tekk Family earned berths to the quarterfinal segment following round of 16 wins when the inaugural edition of the Campbellville Village Cup Street-ball Championship continued on Saturday night.Back Circle B downed hosts Campbellville by a 2-0 at the community centre tarmac. On the other hand, Z-Tekk Family edged Albouystown 1-0. The event continues on Thursday at the same venue.
The other playing dates are the 21st and 26th, with the final pencilled for the 28th. The winner of the event will receive $300,000 and the championship trophy, while the second, third, and fourth-place finishers will pocket $150,000, $75,000, and $25,000, respectively, and the corresponding accolade.
