Golden Stars and Victoria Kings battled to a 1-1 draw when the East Coast Demerara Senior Men’s League continued at the Buxton Community Centre ground.
Golden Stars recorded the only conversion of the first half in the form of Tyrese James, who found the back of the net in the 15th minute. A passing combination led the aforesaid conversion, as James slammed home his effort from inside the penalty area.
However, Victoria Kings would equalise in the 55th minute, as Travis James made his presence felt with a powerful strike from inside the 18-yard box that sailed into the back of the net.
Due to the result, Golden Stars move on five points and remain in fifth place, while Victoria Kings climb to three points and continue in sixth place.
