I’ve opined before on this. Nearly six decades after independence, Guyana seemingly does not have enough of a supply of reliable electricity. It won’t wash any more. Bring on Wales and other new sources as soon as you can.
Let there be light and heat and cooking power for the people.
Maybe Lenin was right?
