One week after he was involved in an accident on Lamaha Street, a 29-year-old documentation officer succumbed to his injuries on Saturday morning.
Omar Andrew Ally was involved in the accident on September 14th.
According to his wife, Princess McRae the accident involved a motorbike ridden by Ally and a motorcar. According to the woman the police are yet to say if the driver of the car is in custody.
McRae related that on the day of the accident, Ally was returning coming home from a barber shop located on Robb Street. While on Lamaha Street the car was proceeding over a narrow bridge and collided with Ally’s motorcycle. As a result, Ally fell off the motorcycle and landed on the road where he hit his head and rolled into a nearby drain. He was pulled out and rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital. On the following day, Sunday he was placed on a respirator until he succumbed to his injuries.
Ally leaves to mourn his wife, baby boy, mother, brother and others.
