President Irfaan Ali (left) yesterday held separate bilateral meetings with President Santiago Peña (right) of Para-guay and Minister Reem bint Ebrahim Al Hashimy, the United Arab Emirates’ Minister of State for Inter-national Cooperation, at the Guyana Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York.
