Guyana captures 15 gold medals to finish second overall

Guyana recorded a tournament-leading 15 gold medals and an overall count of 23 accolades to finish second overall when the 6th Caribbean Development Archery Championships concluded in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.

This was disclosed by an official release from Archery Guyana. According to the correspondence, Guyana, who finished second to the host nation, ended with a total of 23 medals, of which 15 gold accolades were the most awarded to any of the competing nations. It was also eight more than second-place Jamaica.

The Guyanese also won five silver and three bronze accolades to out their overall total, in the process falling two short of the host nation.
