Your excellent article ‘Creolese Chroniclers,’ Editorial, must be commended for its scholarship, research and presentation. I enjoyed it thoroughly and I congratulate and thank you. I grew up in Howes Street, Charlestown, next to the Allsopp family. Richard Allsopp, the eldest of three brothers, was born in 1923 and not 1933.
