Roger Adams was elected President of the Plaisance Football Club as the entity staged its electoral congress and annual general meeting as part of the resuscitation process, which was supervised by the East Demerara Football Association (EDFA).
This was confirmed by a release from the EDFA. According to the correspondence, EDFA President Rickford Profitt and its General Secretary Kevin Morgan attended the forum, which featured residents and players from the community and was staged at the community centre ground.
