Deen Hubbard appeared at the Bartica Magistrate’s Court yesterday before Magistrate Teriq Mohammed to answer the charge of the rape of a child under 16 years.
A release from the police said that he was not required to plead to the charge and was placed on $140,000 bail. The matter was adjourned to 11 October 2024 for continuation.
