The Central Housing and Planning Authority (CH&PA) yesterday said that as promised occupants of a section of Plantation Blairmont (Shieldstown), Region Five, are having their land ownership documents processed.
Yesterday, residents were to receive their Agreement of Sale; and sign up for their Certificate of Title, which will be issued at a later date, a release from the CH&PA said.
A team from the CH&PA-Community Development Department, led by Director Gladwin Charles, along with the Conveyance Unit, facilitated the process. Charles also handed over some of the Agreements of Sale to residents earlier.
