Customers from Blairmont to Ithaca, West Coast Berbice were advised by GPL yesterday that their service interruption was due to a damaged medium voltage underground cable at Blairmont.
The Guyana Power and Light (GPL) said yesterday that a team is working to repair the damaged cable and restore power to affected areas.a
