Dear Editor,
The letter writer has lamented the High and Parade Streets project, claiming it to be another waste of money (SN October 6).
The project is part of the beautification initiative of the city, so I am not sure I concur it is a waste of money. I agree the project has been stalled for some time now, hence the waste of money claim.
The project needs to move on to completion. To have it in an incomplete state, as obtains presently, will foment the waste of money claims. This is not needed.
