Keith Jeffrey called ‘Pugga’, a 58-year-old labourer from Enmore sea dam, East Coast Demerara, has been charged with the murder of Theodore Baynes, which occurred on September 30, 2024, at Haslington North, East Coast Demerara.
On Monday, October 7, 2024, the accused appeared at the Vigilance Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Sunil Scarce, who read the charge to him, the police said in a statement.
