Shawn Caesar, a 28-year-old miner, appeared at the Bartica Magistrate’s Court yesterday before Magistrate Teriq Mohammed to answer the charge of raping a child under sixteen years.
Caesar was not required to plead to the charge and was placed on $150,000 bail. The matter was adjourned to 25 October 2024 for continuation.
